Donato holds a Diploma in Hypnotherapy (DHP Acc.Hyp.), a BSc in Exercise and Sport Science, an MSc in Exercise Rehabilitation, and a PhD.  He is a Certified Hypnotherapist and a member of the International Hypnosis Association (IHA).

Donato is also a member of the Professional Hypnotherapy Practitioner Association (PHPA).

Donato is a hypnotherapist, researcher, and public speaker based in the UK. His current research focuses on the effects that hypnosis and emotional stress have on the cardiovascular system. Donato is also interested in how sociocultural factors affect the perception of altered states of consciousness in different contexts.
